At the end of the 14th century, John I. redeemed his vow and lets the monastery of Batalha erect. The construction time of 150 years is shown in the game in 5 exciting rounds. In one round, you use your masters and apprentices in the shape of cubes to secure you benefits, raw materials and privileges. At the end of each round, you build at the monastery, which can be seen in its full glory on the game plan at the end of the game. You have help from the royal house in every round, but in the end the king only distinguishes the best builder.
