Depeche Mode's Martin Gore, has collaborated with artist and lyricist Cliff Damavandi on a haunting new track, `Cross Whisper', featuring vocals from Gore's daughter under a new project titled `MG X CD + JL ='. Inspired by the blackbirds that appear in Gore's garden before and after moments of loss and grief, the track features gritty, propulsive electronic beats that meet shimmering synth lines and haunting vocals to create an ethereal and hypnotic collaboration. On this limited edition transparent green 12' single released via Mute, the original track sits alongside remixes from electronic mainstays Regis, Vera Grace, ANNA, Pye Corner Audio, and boothnavy.
