Alongside the launch of the album, Waves Rush In is also releasing the feature single 'Simple Things'; a song that grew from a conversation of the pandemics' impact on our lives. Waves Rush In began his journey into music later in life and, having spent time curating a unique sound that was inspired by a life truly lived, the story of 'Under The Static'has reached its most epic moment yet. The full album gives Waves Rush In listeners an insight into a world where brutally honest, yet warm storytelling explores insight's from life, love and self-reflection. Speaking on the release of his debut album, Waves Rush In said " Since I was young, music has always been a constant presence in my life. After turning 30, I thought it was now or never, and I began my creative journey into becoming a singer songwriter. This incredible journey has culminated in the release of the recent run of singles and 'Under The Static', and this entire body of work is something of which I'm immensely proud."
