Patrick Mower stars as Byronic protagonist Richard Fountain, an academic runaway in thrall to a glamorous, predatory vampire in this sometimes-psychedelic, often-transgressive mod-horror made in 1969. Co-starring Patrick Macnee, Imogen Hassall, Alex Davion, Johnny Sekka, Edward Woodward and horror royalty Peter Cushing. When the Foreign Secretary's son becomes embroiled with an unsavoury crowd on a research trip to Mykonos, his old friend reaches out to the local British military attaché to help stage a forcible intervention. But the stakes are raised when a local girl is brutally murdered and their quarry goes on the run.
