The Scary of Sixty-first

Horror thriller directed and co-written by Dasha Nekrasova, in which she also stars. College friends Noelle (Madeline Quinn) and Addie (Betsey Brown) are excited to find a strangely affordable apartment for rent on New York's Upper East Side. After moving in, Addie starts having nightmares and they are confronted by a girl (Nekrasova) who claims that the apartment used to belong to a convicted sex offender. While Noelle becomes obsessed with The Girl and her conspiracy theories, Addie appears to be possessed by one of his underaged victims. Mark Rapaport also stars.
