JULIE DRISCOLL & BRIAN AUGER
Brian Auger and Julie Driscoll first collaborated as part of Auger’s group The Steampacket, which also featured Long John Baldry, Victor Briggs (later of The Animals), and a young Rod Stewart. After Stewart's departure in 1966, Auger formed the Trinity and, in 1968, teamed up with producer Giorgio Gomelsky to release "Jools & Brian."

The album is a captivating compilation of Driscoll and Auger at their best, curated by Gomelsky. It brings together Julie Driscoll’s three Parlophone singles and Brian Auger’s three Columbia 45s, capturing the essence of swinging London and the music that fueled it, including covers like the Lovin' Spoonful’s ‘I Didn’t Want To Have To Do It’ and Booker T’s ‘Green Onions’.
