In a small midwestern town, police chief John Brady (Murphy) investigates a bizarre series of murders. As the corpses pile up, all signs point to the hellish mind-control experiments of a twisted scientist. Co-written by Bill Condon (Gods and Monsters), with a soundtrack by Tangerine Dream (Sorcerer), and produced in New Zealand by the legendary Australian producer Antony I Ginnane (Snapshot).
