'Pickled Eggs & Sherbet is the sole album by English electronic group The All Seeing I - the production trio of Dean Honer, Jason Buckle and Richard Barrett (aka DJ Parrot). Part of the late nineties big beat/trip hop scene, it brought together many disparate threads of the Sheffield's music scene past (and then) present including contributions from the likes of cabaret crooner Tony Christie, Human League frontman Phil Oakey and Pulp's Jarvis Cocker.
