Slightly Scarlet

Crime drama directed by Allan Dwan and starring John Payne, Rhonda Fleming and Arlene Dahl. When Dorothy Lyons (Dahl) is released from prison, she is put in the care of her sister June (Fleming) who works as a secretary for political candidate Frank Jansen (Kent Taylor). Organised crime associate Ben Grace (Payne), who has been tasked with exposing skeletons in Jansen's closet, fails to take advantage of Dorothy's access to the politican however, and instead finds himself falling for June.
