The recording is the result of a "live in the studio" performance of their stage show, capturing its immediacy and excitement. The setting of Liane's searing vocals with the powerful guitar / organ / drums groove is exultant. Etheridge's guitar has seldom been more "Blue", and Pete Whittaker (organ) and the irrepressible Mark Fletcher (drums) are a powerhouse.
