She trains and teaches worldwide, classes, retreats and private clients. She famously instructed Geri Halliwell in her yoga transformation in 2003. They created the best selling yoga DVD 'Geri Yoga', which broke all records, and has since authored numerous books and DVDs. Katy appears regularly in a variety of health & fitness magazines, including Yoga magazine, Health & Fitness Yogaworks Series DVD 1 Freedom, Space, Flow Warm up, Sound vibration and chanting, Sun Salute, Standing postures, Guided relaxation.
