Long Weekend

Australian horror remake. Bickering urban couple Peter (Jim Caviezel) and Carla (Claudia Karvan) head out to an isolated beach for a camping trip in the hope of repairing their troubled marriage. Locked into their own destructive dynamic, they disregard the natural world around them, dropping litter and using a rifle to take potshots at the local wildlife. Little do they know that Nature has devised a hideous revenge for those who treat her with such disrespect - and before long they are battling her darkest forces in a desperate fight for survival.
