Action movie based loosely on the real life story of Yamada Nagamasa, a Japanese adventurer who rose to prominence in 17th-century Thailand. Nagamasa (Seigi Ozeki), a samurai warrior, arrives in Thailand with high hopes of making a difference in an important conflict, but ultimately finds himself betrayed and left for dead in a remote village. Undeterred, Nagamasa builds up his fighting skills and gradually rises through the ranks to become bodyguard to King Naresuan the Great (Winai Kraibutr), where he is finally in a position to make his mark on history.
