Four episodes of the popular American television comedy starring Lucille Ball as Lucy Carmichael, personal secretary to Theodore Mooney (Gale Gordon), vice president of the Westland Bank. In 'Lucy and Paul Winchell', Lucy finds herself having to stand in for a ventriloquist's dummy at a talent show. In 'Lucy and the Ring-a-Ding-Ding', Lucy tries on an expensive ring Mr Mooney has bought for his wife, but then can't get it off. In 'Lucy Gets a Roommate', Lucy advertises for a roommate and ends up sharing with an eccentric librarian. Finally, in 'Lucy and Carol in Palm Springs', Lucy and Carol (Carol Burnet) call in sick to work so they can go to a golf tournament.
