Low-budget serial killer horror. Kirk Smith (Nicholas Worth) is a disturbed Vietnam veteran who takes to sexually assaulting and brutally murdering a series of young woman. While police detective Chris McCabe (Rad Fulton) tries to track down the deranged killer, Smith taunts psychologist Lindsay Gale (Flo Gerrish) by phoning up her radio talk show and graphically describing his heinous crimes.
