The tenth film in Charles Band's long-running B-movie horror series is set during World War Two. Following the murder of a fellow hotel guest by Nazi assassins, young soldier Danny Coogan (Levi Fiehler) finds the old man's crate of mysterious puppets and has soon uncovered a horrific Nazi terrorist plot.
