Crisis of conscience thriller set in the insurance trade. When insurance investigator Abe Holt (Forest Whitaker) investigates a suspicious death in an car accident, he begins to smell a rat. Discovering that the dead man was a conman, carried a false identity, and was insured for one million dollars, Holt starts to dig deeper.
