Longtime friends Bibio and Dorian Concept reunite for 'Answers', a collaborative instrumental album set for release on October 16th. Having known each other for over a decade, the pair build on a natural creative rapport shaped through recent joint efforts - including Bibio's rework of Dorian Concept's 'Hide' (2024) and their track 'An Unopened Letter', the closer on Dorian Concept's latest album 'Miniatures' (2025). Much of 'Answers' was developed remotely, with ideas passed back and forth between Wales and Austria, reflecting both artists' preference for solitary, process-driven creation. Bibio, an English producer known for blending folk, ambient, and lo-fi tape textures, brings his tactile, guitar-led warmth, while Vienna's Dorian Concept, a self-taught keyboardist and synth improviser, contributes his fluid, exploratory approach to electronic composition.
