Ramin Bahrani directs this drama starring Dennis Quaid and Zac Efron as father and son. Henry Whipple (Quaid) is an ambitious farmer always quick to seize an opportunity to expand his business which he hopes to pass onto his son Dean (Efron). Dean, however, is much more interested in racing cars and dreams of becoming a driver for NASCAR. Tensions rise when the farm comes under investigation and Henry finds his business in jeopardy, putting more strain on his relationship with Dean. The cast also includes Kim Dickens, Heather Graham and Clancy Brown.
