This Is an Army, Annie Get Your Gun, Call Me Madam

Irving Berlin brachte während des Krieges seine All-Armee-Show "This is the Army" nach London, um Moral und Geld für britische Wohltätigkeitsorganisationen zu sammeln. Er schrieb nicht nur die Musik und Texte, Berlin produzierte und spielte darin als einziger Zivilist in der Besetzung. Er schrieb einen zusätzlichen Song für die Londoner Produktion - "My British Buddy", den er hier aufführte und aufgenommen hat.

Nachkriegs-London sah Berlins "Annie Get Your Gun" im Kolosseum mit Dolores Gray in der Hauptrolle und Co-Hauptrolle Bill Johnson. Der Lauf von 1304 Aufführungen war hier länger als die Broadway-Version. Zwei 30,5 cm große 78er Jahre mit einem Medley der bekannteren Melodien der Show wurden mit der Londoner Besetzung aufgenommen.

Nach 'Annie' am Kolosseum war 'Call Me Madam' mit Billie Worth, Anton Walbrook und der sehr jungen Shani Wallis. Im Gegensatz zu 'Annie' wurden zwölf komplette Songs aufgenommen.

Bonus-Tracks beinhalten Gracie Fields, die ein Medley von Songs aus "Annie Get Your Gun" singen, um dem Zuhörer eine Vorstellung davon zu geben, was Dinge gewesen sein könnten, wenn sie die Rolle von Annie Oakley akzeptiert hätte
