Downliners Sect - Brite Lights Big City (7 Single)

Lost for over 50 years until miraculously resurfacing in 2010, the legendary Downliners Sect's second intended EP, recorded in 1964 as a follow up to their much sought after 'At Nite at Great Newport Street' live recording is newly available after many years out of print. This is raw, primitive stuff, with the band coming across like an even snottier Rolling Stones or Pretty Things. Join them as they growl, snarl and yelp their way through a variety of early RnB classics! For fans of Brit RnB, Billy Childish etc
