Animated adventure based on the American fashion doll franchise. The film follows friends Draculaura (voice of Debi Derryberry) and Frankie (Cassandra Morris) as they attempt to start up a special school for ghouls. With the world's monsters in hiding after the humans turned against them, the pair dream of a school where everyone is welcome and monsters can attend without fear. Determined to make their dreams a reality, they set off on an epic adventure around the world to recruit new students.
