All ten episodes from the first season of the US comedy drama starring co-creator Laura Dern as Amy Jellicoe, a 40-year-old woman who has recently suffered a mental breakdown. After a four-week stint at a holistic treatment centre, Amy returns to the real world with a fresh outlook, incorporating meditation and inner healing into her daily life. She attempts to use these new methods to fix her relationship with her mother, Helen (Diane Ladd), and to help her ex-husband, Levi (Luke Wilson), battle his addictions. Meanwhile, she goes back to work but is demoted from her former executive position. However, this leads Amy to discover corruption within the company that motivates her to help change the lives of those around her.
