Na het wegvallen van de Speed Force in het vorige seizoen, is er weinig meer over van de krachten van Barry Allen, aka The Flash. En terwijl zijn vrouw Iris West-Allen nog altijd vastzit in de Mirrorverse, wordt haar wraakzuchtige ontvoerder Eva McCulloch steeds sterker.
