Frank Spencer, with his trademark beret and catchphrase "Ooh Betty!", made this 1970s sitcom into a television classic that is still loved and imitated today. Never was Frank's brilliant incompetence better displayed than in these extended Christmas specials - the climax of each of the comedy's three series.

Jessica's First Christmas (1974)
When the local nativity play's Angel of the Lord phones in sick. Frank is ready to put the wings on. He's designed a special flying effect that will really wow the audience.

Learning to Drive (1975)
His job as pixie at the local supermarket might have put him at odds with Santa, but Frank has been chosen to appear in a BBC DIY programme and is about to take his driving test - look out for that pier!

Learning to Fly (1978)
Frank's grandfather offers to pay for flying lessons so that Frank can help on his Australian sheep farm. But when his trainer passes out on a test flight, Frank is left holding the joystick.
