The Doctor’s amazing adventures continue on DVD and Blu-ray with the fourth and final volume of the hugely popular fifth series, featuring the last four new episodes; Vincent and the Doctor, The Lodger, The Pandorica Opens and The Big Bang.

Vincent and The Doctor sees our intrepid duo learning more about the art of terror in this new adventure where they meet the legendary painter Vincent Van Gogh! The TARDIS travels back in time but terror lurks in the cornfields of Provence and only a sad and lonely painter can see it. The Doctor and Amy join forces with Van Gogh but can the three of them defeat a powerful and deadly alien?

There’s a house on Aickman road, and a staircase that people go up, but never down in the episode The Lodger. To solve the mystery of the man upstairs, the Doctor must face his greatest challenge – he must pass himself off as a perfectly normal human being, and share a flat with Craig Owens.

In the PANDORICA OPENS, the Doctor and Amy learn that according to legend, the Pandorica contains the most feared being in all the cosmos, a monster soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. But what’s inside, and can even the Doctor stop it?

As the thrilling finale for Series 5, THE BIG BANG, begins The Doctor is gone, the TARDIS has been destroyed, and the universe is collapsing. The only hope for all of reality is a little girl who still believes in stars…

Starring Matt Smith as the eleventh Doctor and Karen Gillan as Amy Pond, this exciting new series also guest stars a wealth of British acting talent including James Corden (Gavin & Stacey), Alex Kingston (ER), Daisy Haggard (Man Stroke Woman), Bill Nighy (State of Play) and Tony Curran (24)

Doctor Who Series 5 Volume 4 also features a behind-the-scenes look at the monsters from the collection in a Monster File extra entitled "The Alliance". Broken up roughly into three main parts this specially commissioned extra features a whole collection of monsters from the episode including Daleks, Cybermen, Autons, Sontarans, Judoon, Hoix, Silurians, Sycorax, Roboforms, Uvodni, Weevils, and a Blowfish as well as Amy's confrontation with the headless cyberman and Rory the Auton.
