Footage of the 1967 Monterey Pop Festival presented in a film by D.A. Pennebaker. Featuring performances by Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Otis Redding and The Who, the three-day concert, although well-attended, was never to be repeated, becoming known as the beginning of the Summer of Love.
