Chadwick Boseman stars as an NYPD detective leading a Manhattan manhunt in this American crime thriller. After eight police officers are murdered in New York City, Captain McKenna (J.K. Simmons) tasks detectives Andre Davis (Boseman) and Frankie Burns (Sienna Miller) with catching the killers. To ensure they don't escape, Davis seals off Manhattan and orders that the island's 21 bridges are shut down. However, as he investigates the crime scene, Davis begins to question the NYPD's role in the case and McKenna's motives for ordering the manhunt.
