He was destined to take over the family business, but all he wanted to do was to rock! When teenage E.B. (voiced by Russell Brand) leaves for Hollywood in pursuit of his dream of becoming a rock star drummer, he meets Fred (James Marsden), an out-of-work slacker with his own lofty goals. As E.B. struggles with who he wants to be and who he's destined to become, he and Fred are led toward an epic showdown to save E.B.'s father and the Candy Factory.
