Three films starring screen icon Audrey Hepburn. 'Robin and Marian' (1976) is a version of the legend, featuring Sean Connery as an aging Robin Hood, recently returned from the Crusades. With Marian (Hepburn) having taken holy orders and King John having degenerated into lunacy, it seems as if the old days of adventure are finally over. But when the evil Sheriff of Nottingham (Robert Shaw) once again threatens the people, Robin gathers up the Merry Men for one final stand against injustice, at the same time as he rekindles his old romance with Marian. 'Charade' (1963) is a tense thriller also featuring Cary Grant, about a young American woman who is pursued by a sinister group of men intent on recovering a quarter of a million dollars supposedly stolen by her dead husband. But when she approaches the CIA for help, things suddenly become a lot more dangerous. Steven Spielberg directs 'Always' (1989), a romantic adventure featiring Richard Dreyfuss as a daredevil pilot who is killed in his final mission, and ascends to heaven where he meets a business-like angel (Hepburn), who gives him the chance to help his old girlfriend find love again with his best friend.
