Description: Tobe Hooper returns with a second instalment in his notorious saga about the inappropriate use of power tools in the Lone Star state. This time around the action focuses on Texas Ranger Lofty Enright (Dennis Hopper), a man obsessed with finding the lunatic murderers of his brother's kids.
