When Rolan Cehak (voice of Romi Park), a citizen from the advanced nation of Moonrace, is sent to Earth on a scouting mission he finds himself assimilating with an aristocratic family. However, the arrival of Moonrace troops looking to take the Earth by force results in Rolan playing the role of mediator as he attempts to stop all-out war.
