With warring factions now at peace, a crisis ensues and peace is threatened when citizens of Britannia Nunnally (voice of Kaori Nazuka) and Suzaku (Takahiro Sakurai) are kidnapped on a goodwill tour of rogue nation. Meanwhile, exiled prince Lelouch (Jun Fukuyama) appears to have been resurrected but does not possess his actual personality or memory.
