Ride Your Wave

Japanese anime feature directed by Masaaki Yuasa. When keen surfer and carefree teenager Hinako Mukaimizu (voice of Rina Kawaei) moves to the coast she is rescued from a blazing building by a young firefighter named Minato (Ryouta Katayose). As the pair get to know one another and fall in love Hinako teaches Minato how to surf, however, when tragedy strikes she is forced into a journey of self-discovery as she contemplates what to do with her life.
