The second eleven episodes of the Japanese anime. After the death of his mother, piano prodigy Kousei Arima (voice of Natsuki Hanae) had a nervous breakdown and lost his love of playing music. His antipathy is finally broken two years later when he meets 14-year-old violin player Kaori Miyazono (Risa Taneda) who shows him how fun playing music can be again.
