Richard Dreyfuss stars in this American action drama. When Jake Hunter (Paul Sloan)'s daughter goes missing he takes matters into his own hands by taking on the local mobsters he believes are responsible for her capture. However, as his bloody one-man campaign gets underway an old foe, military commander Murphy (Dreyfuss), is called upon to stop Jake at any cost.
