Denise Richards and Paul Walker star in this horror comedy directed and co-written by Stewart Raffill. When popular high school student Tammy (Richards) begins dating Michael (Walker), her jealous ex-boyfriend Billy (George Pilgrim) beats him up. He and his gang of thugs terrorise Michael to such an extent that he is hospitalised and left in critical condition. However, eccentric scientist Dr Gunther Wachenstein (Terry Kiser) declares Michael dead so that he can experiment with a robotic dinosaur he has created. With Michael's brain inside the dinosaur, he escapes from the hospital and vows revenge on Billy and his gang. When Tammy realises that Michael is now a dinosaur, she tries to find a way of returning him to his human form so that they can live happily ever after.
