Renowned sleuth Charlie Chan is called out of retirement by the San Francisco Police Department to help solve a series of baffling murders. Assisted by his grandson Lee Chan Jr. (Richard Hatch), Charlie Chan pins the notorious Dragon Queen (Angie Dickinson) as his prime suspect but the case soon forces him to look elsewhere.
