Vincent Price stars as the titular doctor in this low-budget '60s spy comedy. Trying to take over the world, mad scientist Dr. Goldfoot creates a machine capable of producing an army of bikini-wearing robots. With the help of his assistant Igor (Jack Mullaney), the doctor commands his robotic subjects to seduce and rob wealthy male targets. When he learns one of the robots has been dispatched to rob a multimillionaire, government agent Craig Gamble (Frankie Avalon) is sent in to stop it.
