Action feature starring Chrisopher Lambert and Ice-T. Moon (Ice-T), the head of the world's most powerful crime syndicate, gathers together all the hitmen who have wronged him in a new high-tech prison, explaining that while he forgives them for their sins, they will never be able to escape from his maximum security domain. The inmates are then provided with an armoury of weapons and told to eliminate each other with the last three survivors receiving ten million dollars.
