The Meadows are a vibrant multi-instrumentalist Celtic Crossover Folk band, all drawn from one family. Bringing cutting-edge techniques and an exciting, contemporary vibe to their performances, the band play original works which weave between foot-stomping reels to rich vocal harmonies, taking their audiences on a spellbinding journey. Their debut album 'Force of the Tode' delved into the seafaring heritage of the British Isles, the album ranging from the beautiful Welsh-language maritime lullaby 'Si Hei Lwli Mabi' to reimagined sea shanties and uptempo instrumental tunes. On 'Dreamless Days', curtailed by lockdown during the COVID-19 pandemic, the band changed direction to focus on recording an album of original material, alongside working in the studio with the legendary Steve Balsamo who has written a song for the band.
