Fairport Convention is one of the truly great British musical institutions. For nearly 32 years since the band's inception, some of the finest folk and rock musicians these islands have produced (plus a few others from further afield) have showcasedtheir talent from within its ranks. The songs and tunes on the current compilation are taken from three of the band's finest later period albums - 'Red And Gold', 'Five Seasons' and 'Jewel In The Crown'. Orignally released in 1989, 1990 and 1995respectively.
