Josh Ruben writes, directs and stars in this American comedy-horror. Struggling actor and writer Fred (Ruben) books a remote cabin in the Catskill Mountains where he hopes to gain some inspiration. While hiking he meets acclaimed author Fanny (Aya Cash), who is also staying in the area, but Fred's attempts at impressing her do not go well. However, when a storm cuts the power Fanny and Fred rely on one another to get through the evening and in order to entertain themselves the pair decide to enact ghost stories. As the evening progresses and the stories become more gruesome reality and fantasy appear to merge.
