Belly of the Beast

An ex-CIA agents quest to find his kidnapped daughter leads him down a trail of corruption and betrayal. Two girls are kidnapped by an Islamic fundamentalist group - one a senators daughter, who will be used as a political pawn. The other girl, Jessica, is seemingly inconsequential just in the wrong place at the wrong time. What the group don't know is that Jessicas father, Jake Hopper, is ex-CIA and will stop at nothing to get his daughter back.

When the Governor of Tokyo is murdered, it falls on ex-CIA agent Travis Hunter to track down the responsible terrorists. However, the plot to kill the Governor is only the beginning of a web of corruption and violence. Hunter discovers a plan by a rising Yakuza leader to build an enormous drug-dealing network with the Chinese Mafia. With time running out and the Yakuza determined to see their plan through, Hunter must thwart the operation - and get out alive.

Vietnam veteran Billy Ray Lancing (a former agent now working on a wildlife refuge in Northern Alaska) has been exchanging letters in a pen pal relationship with Irina Morawska, a 13-year-old orphan in Poland whom he's helping out financially. When the letters suddenly stop arriving, Billy heads to Poland to figure out why -- only to discover that the orphanage Irena was staying in, which is financed by honest, good-intentioned Samaritans, is a cover for a human trafficking network. The operation is worth billions -- girls are sold and traded to the highest bidders from all over the world. Luckily, through Billy's letters to Irina, he has taught her how to use secret codes, which she uses to keep Billy updated on where the ring-leader is taking her to. In this way Billy manages to stay on their trail while teaming up with local cop Kasia Lato to rescue Irina and the other girls and bring down the trafficking network.
