Children's animated feature from directors Don Bluth, Gary Goldman and Dan Kuenster. When German Shepherd Charlie B. Barkin (voice of Burt Reynolds) ends up in heaven without any good deeds to his credit, he tricks his way back to Earth to help a young orphan girl named Anne-Marie (Judith Barsi) to even the score with Carface (Vic Tayback), the gangster pitbull who double-crossed and killed him.
