When a group of terrorists steal what they believe to be a stack of uranium, they receive an unpleasant surprise. What they have in fact appropriated is a pack of Velociraptors, vicious dinosaurs which should have died out millennia ago. The killer reptiles proceed to eat the terrorists, and set out to destroy the entire human race. A crack squad is appointed to beat off this prehistoric threat to mankind, led by the indomitable Rance (Scott Valentine). It is his mission to wipe out the Velociraptors before they have a chance to breed.
