Just a Gigolo

David Bowie, Sydne Rome and Kim Novak star in this European drama. Following the end of WWI, Prussian officer Paul Ambrosius von Przygodski (Bowie) struggles to adjust to life back home in Berlin. An encounter with the enigmatic Baroness von Semering (Marlene Dietrich) results in Przygodski becoming a male escort. However, life continues to elude him and even a relationship with Helga von Kaiserling (Novak) fails to relieve his disillusionment with society.
