In the aftermath of a severe tornado Dorothy Gale (Arjona), who took shelter in a police car, finds herself in a strange land and having knocked someone over. When she is informed that she has killed the Wicked Witch of the East (Florence Kasumba) Dorothy must become quickly acquainted with this new land as she avoids detection following a decree put in place by the Wizard (D'Onofrio) for her capture.
