An American Tail: Fievel Goes West

Sequel to 'An American Tail' (1986) that follows the fortunes of a 19th century Russian mouse family called the Mousekowitzes who have emigrated to America. Now living in a tenement block on the Eastern seaboard, youngest son Fievel (voice of Phillip Glasser) decides he wants to live a life of adventure and travels west to become a lawman alongside his hero Wylie Burp (James Stewart). The voice cast also includes John Cleese, Cathy Cavadini and Jon Lovitz.
