It's been 10 years since my first fitness DVD, Peak Energy, was released. Peak Energy Recharged celebrates 10 years of fitness and proves that simple, easy to follow, basic exercises are still the best and most effective. Fitness is my passion, being fit and healthy makes you feel good.

Encouraging other people to push themselves is really rewarding. Peak Energy Recharged is following the same successful format of a full body workout including a warm up, cardio with intervals, heavy hands and balance, core strength exercises and stretch. Many exercises like squat thrusts, jumping lunges and jumping squats and a strong core are beneficial for running.

If you have never experienced one of my previous workouts, then be prepared to work hard!
